Pence "beats" Kaine - but does it matter?

Virginia's favorite son, Tim Kaine, had his big faceoff against Indiana Governor Mike Pence last night. In my latest Who's in Charge Here? post for WRIC-8's #RVALife blog, I offer an assessment of how Kaine did (not so good), how Pence did (better, if you like lying), and why it probably doesn't matter all that much for the election.
